As a Centre College alumnus/a, you are automatically a member of the Alumni Association upon graduation. The Alumni Association is your organization. The Association will help you stay connected with the College and your friends and offers several great benefits for our nearly 12,000 alumni. Because a signature is required in order to process a transcript request, transcript requests must be made in person, by mail, by fax, or by email. The office phone number is 859-238-5360 and the office fax number is 859-238-6226. To order by mail or fax, please complete and print a transcript request form.
Transcript orders are usually filled within three working days. There is no charge for normal transcript services. For expedited mail requests, you will need to supply your FedEx account number for charges.
Due to the insecure nature of the following technologies, we cannot email or fax transcripts from our office. However, electronic copies are available by requesting through the National Student Clearinghouse.
By College policy, no transcript is sent if the student has an outstanding financial obligation to the college.

The Alumni Association has partnered with USI Affinity Collegiate Insurances Resources to offer health, life, and travel insurance for all alumni. More information on this great program can be found by visiting the Centre College page on USI's website.
The Legacy Award is a $2,000 renewable annual award given to admitted students who are children or grandchildren of Centre alumni. Students who apply for admission to Centre should mention that their parent or grandparent attended Centre on their application materials.
